Avi was excellent. I went to a well known and reputable specialty hardware store with my Russman mortise lock and because i wouldn’t buy one that was a different size, the “specialist” told me he couldn’t help me. (the regular clerk was exceptionally friendly and tried to be helpful tho) The most he would do is look at the lock and “see” if he could fix it but it was unlikely – his words. Avi came over that evening, took one look and said “I can fix this” and proceeded to do exactly that. He was efficient, clean, friendly and helpful. He fixed the old lock, cleaned it all up and oiled everything, replaced all the pieces, made extra keys, and put it all together, tested it multiple times, all without leaving a mess. It was a pleasure using him and worth every penny.

Avi came over the evening I contacted him about re-keying my house external locks (residential). Professional, a craftsman and very easy to work with. Had 1 complex lock that he had to work on in his workshop and 3 ‘standard’ locks. He came @ 10AM, completed everything and ‘secured’ my home by 2PM same day. Price for work was very reasonable.
